Production time is typically 7–10 business days from order receipt for standard items. Custom orders can take longer; for current lead times, please email our support team. Orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground to the contiguous U.S., with typical transit times of 2–7 business days from Gray, Georgia. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If the expected window has passed, email our support team with your order number so we can investigate.

Yes. Select items—such as hood, door, and trunk props—can be produced for unlisted vehicles. We’ll request clear photos of your latch/striker and basic measurements to confirm proper lengths and compatibility. For engine bay dress‑up components on models not listed, we generally proceed when there is interest from 10+ customers and after a fitment/R&D appointment in Gray, Georgia.

We build the podium stands designed to hold your artwork and spec/mod list. Graphic design and printing of the board are not provided in-house. If needed, we can share referrals to experienced automotive graphic designers.

Products ship in raw aluminum or metal finishes. Due to color variability and the risk of damage to large coated parts during transit, painting and powder coating are not services we offer. Many customers use a trusted local painter or powder coater; confirm prep and coating requirements for aluminum or steel parts.
